You can see some of our Transport Connectors as we travel around Pembrokeshire promoting Community Transport Services and liftsharing, at a variety of local venues and events.
We are looking for people from across Pembrokeshire who are willing to offer the spare seats in their car to people who need a lift.
We will also be visiting the Be Well events made available in the county. Be well events 2025 - Pembrokeshire Community Hub
